1. General Terms

By using the services provided by Tallahassee Softwash ("we," "our," or "the Company"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all services rendered, including one-time cleanings and subscription-based packages.

2. Package Memberships & Billing

Tallahassee Softwash offers subscription-based cleaning packages that are billed annually. Memberships auto-renew on a yearly basis unless canceled prior to the renewal deadline.

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time, but must do so at least 24 hours before the next billing cycleto avoid being charged for the following year. This policy exists because we pre-order and prepay for supplies in advance based on our subscription commitments.

No refunds will be issued once a billing cycle has begun.

3. Service Scheduling & Scope

Our services are scheduled based on availability and seasonal weather conditions. While we do our best to accommodate specific requests, exact dates are not guaranteed.

Each cleaning includes the items outlined in your specific package. Any additions or changes may be subject to additional charges.

4. Property & Plant Care Disclaimer

Tallahassee Softwash uses professional-grade soft washing solutions designed to eliminate organic growth such as mold, algae, and mildew. While these solutions are safe for most exterior surfaces and landscaping when used properly, we cannot guarantee that all plants will remain unaffected.

We take every reasonable precaution to protect your landscaping — including watering before, during, and after treatment — but customers acknowledge there is always some risk when using growth-inhibiting cleaning agents.

Tallahassee Softwash is not liable for minor discoloration or stress to plants.

If a plant dies or suffers severe damage due to our services, we will evaluate it on a case-by-case basis and may offer replacement at our discretion.

Pre-existing conditions (e.g., weakened plants, improper planting, or overexposure) are not covered under this clause.

5. Liability

Tallahassee Softwash is insured and takes pride in delivering high-quality results. However, we are not responsible for:

Existing damage to surfaces or materials before cleaning

Faulty paint, loose siding, or structural issues uncovered during cleaning

Unforeseen property complications that interfere with service delivery

6. Communication

We primarily communicate with customers via email and SMS. By signing up for services, you consent to receive automated reminders, updates, and promotional offers. You may opt out at any time.
